Meet Traci
Broker
Traci Cornwell, owner and broker of Cornwell Real Estate, is a Capital Region native whose patience and guidance has opened countless doors for homeowners throughout the area. She understands the importance of connecting with a trusted, knowledgeable realtor who navigates the buying and selling process with ease and respect for all parties involved. At a young age, Traci observed how well a mix of professionalism, genuine kindness, and a willingness to be accommodating can serve a business, thanks to her father’s example as owner and operator of Cornwell Appliance -- a well-respected appliance store and repair service in Colonie, NY for more than 70 years. Traci is proud to follow her family’s exemplary customer service values in her own business.
Whether you’re searching for the perfect fixer-upper, building your dream home, downsizing, or considering an investment property, Traci customizes her strategy according to each client’s specific individual needs. She approaches each new opportunity with a detailed and personalized plan that is unique to each client and tailored to their specific goals and outcomes.
A graduate of Temple University, Traci enjoys traveling in her free time. Her adventurous spirit has brought her to the far corners of the world, and her list of places to visit continues to grow. While she’s been fortunate to experience different cultures and to have seen so much beauty, some of her most enjoyable moments occurred while exploring pockets of New York state. An intrepid hiker, Traci is poised to soon join the 10,000+ accomplished members of the Adirondack 46ers. Her wellness efforts extend beyond the trails and she can often be found incorporating CrossFit and yoga into her intense daily fitness routine. To relax, she finds enjoyment in home improvement and DIY projects, and has even had the pleasure of overseeing a few interior design and remodeling refreshers for clients.
