Meet Traci

Broker

Traci Cornwell, owner and broker of Cornwell Real Estate, is a Capital Region native whose patience and guidance has opened countless doors for homeowners throughout the area. She understands the importance of connecting with a trusted, knowledgeable realtor who navigates the buying and selling process with ease and respect for all parties involved. At a young age, Traci observed how well a mix of professionalism, genuine kindness, and a willingness to be accommodating can serve a business, thanks to her father’s example as owner and operator of Cornwell Appliance -- a well-respected appliance store and repair service in Colonie, NY for more than 70 years. Traci is proud to follow her family’s exemplary customer service values in her own business.

Whether you’re searching for the perfect fixer-upper, building your dream home, downsizing, or considering an investment property, Traci customizes her strategy according to each client’s specific individual needs. She approaches each new opportunity with a detailed and personalized plan that is unique to each client and tailored to their specific goals and outcomes.

A graduate of Temple University, Traci enjoys traveling in her free time. Her adventurous spirit has brought her to the far corners of the world, and her list of places to visit continues to grow. While she’s been fortunate to experience different cultures and to have seen so much beauty, some of her most enjoyable moments occurred while exploring pockets of New York state. An intrepid hiker, Traci is poised to soon join the 10,000+ accomplished members of the Adirondack 46ers. Her wellness efforts extend beyond the trails and she can often be found incorporating CrossFit and yoga into her intense daily fitness routine. To relax, she finds enjoyment in home improvement and DIY projects, and has even had the pleasure of overseeing a few interior design and remodeling refreshers for clients.

Meet Christina

Real Estate Salesperson

Christina was born and raised in upstate New York, graduating from Niskayuna High School. She continued her educational journey to North Carolina, where she attended High Point University. Her passion for learning not only led her to graduate with a double major but also brought her opportunities to study abroad. While studying in southern Spain she completely fell in love with the culture. She returned only to pack her bags again for a service trip to Guatemala, where she helped build hundreds of stoves, installed water purification systems, and provided basic first aid to those living in the villages.

After graduating from HPU in 3 years, she continued her path of helping people by moving to southern California and becoming an ABA therapist; helping families in the classroom and at home doing everyday activities with their child. During this time, she also began a career at Trader Joe’s. Working for this company allowed her to grow leadership skills and develop her passion for customer service. After years of living by the beach, Christina returned home to upstate New York, to care for a family member.

She began her home-buying journey shortly after moving back and bought her first home. Through the process of looking at fixer-uppers, Christina fell in love with the world of real estate and all that went into transforming a house into a forever home. After her own home renovation process and seeing all that was possible, she knew that she wanted to help others do the same. Christina now resides in Saratoga County with her fiancé and their five dogs. Christina happily joined the Cornwell Real Estate team at the beginning of 2024 and is looking forward to helping you accomplish your real estate goals.

Meet Lynne

Real Estate Salesperson & Administrative Assistant

Lynne joins the Cornwell Real Estate team as her second career, following a very successful 40+ years as a registered dietitian/certified diabetes care & education specialist. She is a Capital Region native, graduating from Colonie High School in 1973 with no plans of leaving her hometown.

Following her career in nutrition, helping people is what Lynne does best. In her retirement, she missed working with people and also found a love for home renovation. That love for home renovation led to her exploring the real estate field and was motivated to pursue her license.

Lynne's impeccable communication skills, hard work ethic, and persistence on client satisfaction make her a great real estate agent. She is caring, and always finds the bright side in all situations.

In her spare time, she enjoys babysitting her grand nieces, traveling, and being outdoors as much as possible. She would love to help you find your first or next home!
