About Jen Hiza

Originally from Milford, CT, Jen has been living here in the Capital Region for 4 years. After working with Traci in the purchase of her own home, Jen became interested in the process and understanding the real estate market.  Helping others to find homes to make new memories in is something she is passionate about. 

As a two-sport athlete in college, with 15 years of experience in special education, and decades in customer service, Jen has become an expert at meeting people where they are, building relationships based on trust, and providing them with the support and resources they may need.  Currently, Jen is the Bar Manager at 677 Prime in Albany where she enjoys cultivating relationships, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and working as a team.
